Step 1: Make the batter, First of all, mix the flour, sugar, and matcha powder in a large bowl until you have one single mixture. Then, pour the eggs into another bowl with a little oil and whisk them until they are nice and fluffy. When they look bigger or fluffy, slowly add the eggs into the dry ingredients and whisk them together until smooth.

Step 2: Heat up your waffle maker Preheat your waffle maker while you are mixing the batter and make sure it is hot before you start cooking.
